Utilities
Most labs are required to have basic utility Services such as- power, water and compressed air.

R & D and Q.C labs need to have Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Vacuum and Chilled water.

Selection of correct material, routing of the pipes
Ensure –trouble free service, easy access, and proper
Isolation and flow regulation.

All electrical wires routed thro’ PVC ducts and
provided with anti splash guards.
